Limited menu in effect\, it’s attached here. \nWe have taken many precautions to keep our customers and staff safe and healthy as we slowly move toward normal operations. Tables\, benches\, chairs and bathroom fixtures have all been sanitized and will be sanitized between uses. Tables are spaced six feet apart in every direction and we have marked out spots for waiting in line at the gate and restrooms in accordance with social distancing. Guests must wear masks or face coverings unless they are eating or drinking at their table and staff will wear masks\, gloves and face visors at all times. We are using disposable tableware and have a limited menu to provide the best service possible during these unprecedented times. \nThere will be no smoking in the Biergarten right now and everyone must have their temperature checked\, answer a few questions and sanitize their hands before entering. Only the rear gate will be open for both entry for outdoor dining and pick up of take-out orders. For take-out\, please call us at (516) 354-3131 ext. 1. SUMMARY:Ompahfest 2020
DESCRIPTION:We couldn’t imagine a fall without Ompahfest! So\, even though we have to take a lot of precautions\, we’ve come up with a way to celebrate safely. Enjoy a four-course traditional Oktoberfest meal with incidental live traditional German music. There are two seatings available – 12-3 pm and 5-8 pm – to accommodate as many people as possible. Each reservation is for a minimum of six people and a maximum of 10 people\, all at the same socially distanced table. Tickets are $67.50 per person (includes tax and a small service fee for online tickets). We anticipate this event will sell out\, especially since the capacity is smaller if we need to move inside due to inclement weather. Once we know the weather forecast closer to the event\, more tickets will be released if we can be outside in the Biergarten. \nThe menu includes a Bavarian appetizer platter with homemade cheese spread\, pretzel roll\, cold cuts\, radishes and cornichons\, creamy potato soup\, Bavarian plate with roast loin of pork\, bratwurst\, rotisserie chicken leg quarter\, mashed potatoes and sauerkraut\, and apple strudel plus unlimited beer\, wine and soda. Please note that all guests will have their temperatures taken and answer a short questionnaire prior to entering\, anyone with a temperature over 99 degrees will not be admitted. You must wear a mask unless you are seated at your table and remain at your table unless you need to use the restroom or leave.
